Do you have a physical store for me to visit?
At the moment, we do not have a physical store yet. Our presence is mainly online. However, you can catch us via weekly livestreams on our TikTok and Instagram accounts. We also participate in certain pop-up events from time to time, with more details shared on our Instagram account - quindoms.
Are your dzi beads real?
Yes, all our dzi beads are blessed. We only work with authentic dzi beads.
Do your dzi beads come with a certificate?
A certificate does not guarantee the authenticity of a dzi bead. It only indicates whether the dzi bead is made from natural agate. Hence, we do not feel the need to provide certificates for all our dzi beads.
How fast can I receive my items after I place an order?
- For customers in Singapore (SG): It takes about 7-14 days. This timeline accounts for resizing your bracelet (if required) and a purifying & recharging session for all our dzi accessories. This ritual typically lasts a few hours and is only conducted during the day when there is no rain.
- For customers in Malaysia (MY): It takes about 5-10 days.
